* Park a little bit further out instead of your usual front row parking spot.
* Choose a salad instead of a burger for lunch.
* Try to take regular breaks to stretch, take a short walk, or just unplug for a few moments.
And, one VERY important aspect of successful weight loss (or any goal achievement, really!) is finding an accountability buddy. This can be someone “in real life”, or even a friend online.
